I am a British horror writer who specialises in creature‑feature fiction.

My work is shaped by the classic horror of the 1970s and ’80s — the pulp ferocity of James Herbert, the crabby chaos of Guy N. Smith, and the brutal edge of Shaun Hutson. Herbert is my biggest influence, especially The Rats trilogy (and its lesser‑known graphic‑novel continuation), which sparked my fascination at a very young age .The idea that the most frightening monsters are the ones that could actually exist is the stuff of nightmares.

My love of horror cinema runs just as deep. I try to draws inspiration from the pioneering creature and survival films of the era — Jaws, Alien, Halloween — stories where ordinary people collide with unstoppable forces and nature becomes something vast and violent.

My debut novel explores hornets, human fear, and the thin boundary between nature and violence. When i’m not writing, i like to get out into nature running the local trails, as its where i garner a lot of my inspiriation.
